My family was treated to a remarkable evening on our vacation at South Tahoe. My Chef Peter came to our place and made not just an incredible dinner but a fabulous memory as well.
I contacted Chef Peter ahead and we agreed upon a menu. 3 appetizers, Onion Soup served in an onion ( who knew) served on top of herbed rock salt, an amuse of molecular caprese, salad, and the most delicious tenderloin with truffled mashed potatoes. As if that wasn't enough we finished with bananas foster.
To create a meal that lovely in a postage stamp size of a kitchen was miraculous. And he even left the kitchen better than he found it. Great experience!
